Odnny1, Very unreliable quotesUsed to get shipping costs for items I was listing on eBay. Carefully checked all the information so that parcel met Size, weight and volume requirements and used price for my listing.

Go to book, and get different prices for identical items. Only options are suddenly 5x the price. Two similar items, the smaller lighter one costs twice as much as bigger heavier item. Items booked for collection but no one turns up.To be fair on the app it does work quicker than the website and you get the same inaccurate quotes from both. Why bother asking for weight and dimensions, if you are not using them to filter out services where your parcel doesn’t meet the criteria!Using the on screen help, several times it has suggested using the live help button at the foot of the page, but no such button.You can access your pre pay account.

Jack6567, Be careful with long parcelsAs previously said in reviews this app is great at tracking, however when it comes to quotes it can be deceptive.Recently had an EBay clear out and sold four items that were long parcels when posted. I entered weight and dimensions correctly, obtained the prices and paid for the postage however 3 days later received surcharge invoices for being “wrong dimension” and therefore incorrect parcel size and price!There is no contact to appeal and even when you do get anywhere near how to appeal you need photographic evidence.I won’t be using again, as I may as well process directly on carriers app and track that way. What collectionSpent the whole Saturday waiting for the courier to pick up my parcel- around 3:30pm I refreshed the app (from which I’d been doing all day, every 20 mins) “parcel collected at 12:30”. Ah yes 12:30, just after I’d reclined from staring at the door to staring at the window for some visual variety. I contacted the live chat asking what had happened “sorry about the situation, I’ll book another collection for Monday”.

Great, another day waiting from 8am-8pm for the courier, all while my client whom I’m selling to isn’t getting the service she paid me for.They’ve taken my money and haven’t given me the service I’ve paid for, if I knew this would have happened I would have gone to a different service altogether.
