If you pinch out with your fingers, you can get a big overview of the city, or pinch in to get a zoomed in view. The boxes that you see are the available spots where you can place homes, roads, special buildings, trees and so on.
Placement: To place one of these items, all you have to do is touch one of the blank squares. It will give you the option to build roadways, trees, homes and so on. Select your item and then you can place your unit!. Coins: That is, of course, if you have the required coins to place the item. In the top right hand of the screen you can see your coin count. Mall world game online.
Coins are the base currency of Pixel People, and you will earn coins organically as time moves on. Special buildings that you will receive for getting new residents, the town center (the biggest building right in the middle of the above screenshot) are the usual ways of earning coins. “U”: U’s are the premium currency in Pixel People, and are used primarily to speed up the various processes of the game (building, splicing, etc). You start out with 25u, and then from there, you can purchase addition U by spending real world cash. Land Limit: In the bottom right hand of the screenshot, you will notice your “land watch”.
In this example, I have 30 land. Land is represented by the squares. To get more, you will have to press a blank square in the world and select “Expand”. Expansion costs quite a bit of coin, so wait until you’ve only got one to three land left and then expand out. Splicing: Splicing is one of the most important elements of the game in terms of progressing your city forward.
When you place residential buildings like homes or complexes, you gain the ability to make a new splice. Action first remax. You will combine two of your current resident types, which are based on various professions that you would find in real life. Relevance to City: In the middle of the screenshot, you can see a test tube that is filled to a certain level. The higher the test tube is filled, the more important the splice will be the current make-up of your city. Once you create a new splice, you have to place them throughout the various buildings that you place. So, for example, you have a gallery, you’ll want to put an artist at the gallery.
From there, there might be a few other professions that you will need to create, which will then give you a university to place, which will need additional professions—and thus the vicious cycle begins. Multiple Builds: If you’re like me, you like some nice straight roadways.
You can purchase multiple roadways and create a stretch of road quickly by selecting the initial tile that you will like to place road, and then dragging your finger along the screen to where you want the road to end. Hearts: As you gain residents, you’ll have your residents pair up. You will see hearts pop up across your city. If you press the heart, you’ll be brought to the above screen and you press the heart, which will then contribute to your heart meter. Heart Meter: Once you finish with the heart press for the first time, you’ll see the heart meter arrive on your user interface. Once you reach 11 hearts, you’ll get a bonus, which is typically a boatload of coins (50,000). This helps tremendously in expanding your city.
Moving Objects: Sometimes, you don’t plan ahead. As you can see, there is a building right in the way of my road. Unless you want a dead end in your city (and there’s nothing wrong with that, outside of you just being a terrible human being), you can select the building, road, etc. That you want to move and you will get a prompt that shows you an overview of the building (who lives there, what professions are needed to be placed in the building), and also the option to move the building. What’s tremendous is that it does not cost anything to move buildings, so you can screw things up to your heart’s content and be just fine. Profession Placement: Once you find a new profession through splicing, you can select the profession and see where you can place them. In the case of the above screenshot, the garage is currently being created, so the splice cannot be placed until the building is completed.
Once they are placed the will help their building create coins, which you can use to build your city.Tips and Tricks:. Believe in Love: The heart system is by far the easiest way to expand your city extremely quickly. It’s a relatively painless, if not a little tedious, way to get a bunch of coins quickly that will allow you to expand your residential buildings and your total land holdings. Experiment: With the test tube gauge, the game will tell you when you can create a new profession. Try splicing various professions and waiting until you get a result with the test tube filled up a bit. The game is all about finding all the professions it has to offer, so it doesn’t really matter when you get the professions—it’s just that you get them and keep moving forward.
Don’t Stop: This is one of the few city-building games that is actually fast and furious in its pace. You can quickly expand your city and get your new professions and professional buildings quickly. Most games of these types have “energy” or extremely long building times. I still haven’t hit this infamous wall. Collect hearts, get coins, get professions, expand the city.Congratulations! You have completed Gamezebo’s quick start guide for Pixel People! You should be all set on your way to play your best game!
