Red Steel 2
Red Steel 2 (RS2) possess a much improved gamer experienced aided strongly by Nintendo's Wii MotionPlus technology. The game takes place in an Old West (ala Borderlands) environment, fused with Ancient Asian influences which almost bates the use of either a gun or a katana/sword of some sort. RS2 puts the gun slinging and sword slashing action right in the palm of your hands. With the Wii MotionPlus, the precision needed to defend against and attack your enemies has been drastically improved.Credit: Ubisoft. Red Steel 2 Ninja Support. One of the biggest gripes about RS2's predecessor from 4 years ago was the combat system and controls.
YMMV/Red Steel 2; If you meant one of those, just click and go. If you want to start a Main/RedSteel2 page, just click the edit button above. Be careful, though, the only things that go in the Main namespace are tropes and should be created through the YKTTW system. Don't put in redirects for shows, books, etc.
Having understood what the potential was for Nintendo Wii's controls, high hopes were placed on what the original title would've brought to the playing field. Any who played it back in '06 will note that serious let down here.
Thankfully Ubisoft has vastly improved this area especially with the aid of the Wii MotionPlus. Being able to freely switch between sword and gun makes for a very interesting combat system. You can stun an opponent with a head shot (which in most cases usually takes out your opponent but not in the world of RE2) and then slash away with your sword. The Wii MotionPlus pretty accurately pics up your motions making combat more enjoyable.Credit: Ubisoft.
