Most of that time has been searching the internet looking for a good tutorial, but unfortunately, I can find none that was made before 2001. A copy of Quake 3 Arena Pakscape, a free package compiling tool for Quake 3 Image editing software that can open and save.TGA files (Paint.NET is a good free one if you don’t have Photoshop) In this tutorial I will show you how to create your own skin for Quake 3 Arena and then import it into the game.
