And it's available for pre-order right now
Teslagrad is a game that PC and console players probably know about, as it’s one of the most interesting puzzle games released in recent years. Starting today, iOS and Android players can now see what makes the game so interesting by themselves. Teslagrad is now available for purchase on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
There was chatter earlier this month that Teslagrad was on its way to mobile, and now we know for certain it's coming to iOS and Android. It's already up for pre-order on the App Store and Google Play.
For those of you who haven't been able to play it on one of its many platform releases yet, Teslagrad is a super cool platform puzzler set in a steampunk version of old Europe. Playing as a young boy, you suddenly end up right in the middle of an ancient conspiracy and it's up to you to figure out how to get through it.
Armed with Teslamancer technology which'll help you control electromagnetic powers, you'll solve each challenge and enjoy the game's beautiful, hand-drawn graphics as you go. These puzzles won't be a walk in the park, so try not to throw your phones across the room.
One of the most marvellous things about it is that it explores visual storytelling, giving it a wider audience off the bat. It's understandable if you're worried about the control, but as Teslagrad's art director, Olli, mentions on Twitter, 'there's been quite a few optimizations to the input (blink and jump are now the same button, for instance), and some of the more finicky bosses and puzzle rooms have been redesigned.'
