Uh not really as far as I know, there is a JP site that gives rankings to the characters. Basically the top units you want to look out for are: Jacket Kaneki(he is a defender and a Re Invoke exclusive), Breaker Arima(Arguably the best unit in the game), Re Invoke Fest Breaker Amon(the one from the 11th raid ward, he hits very hard), and Breaker Juuzou(Re Invoke Fest unit, best PvP unit and best Breaker). There is also Nishiki who can hit really hard but he’s in the Normal pool of characters.As for Attacker Arima(or Ixa Arima) compared to Breaker Arima he is very very underwhelming. Tbh he would only be used if you don’t have other good Investigators, or you like Arima and want to use him.

The problem with Ixa Arima is that he is an Attacker, but his skill and his attachment is about breaking. Attackers naturally don’t have a high BRA stat so that’s really why he isn’t that good.
